On a typical high-end custom home build, I carefully phase material deliveries to match the pace of my block contractor. However, within the first two hours of LGC being on site, I immediately rushed the remaining material order — I realized they were going to move far faster than I had anticipated. They installed over 3,400 block, built 26 piers with precision, and completed a bond beam using a combination of FHA and knockout blocks with #5 rebar — all executed flawlessly and at a pace I've never seen before.
